Licences
The Prestatill POS operates on a monthly subscription basis (other Prestatill modules come with a lifetime usage license).
1 license = 1 PrestaShop store = 1 physical point of sale
This means that you need a separate subscription for each physical point of sale, even if they all run on a single PrestaShop installation.
Configuration is done in your Prestatill customer area under My Licenses. The active subscriptions and their expiration dates are listed there.
Activate a license
Each license must be configured by clicking the Add button.
Several fields are mandatory:
- The URL (web address) of the online store
- The point of sale ID (store ID) previously created (see the Installation tutorial) (voir le tuto Installation)
- The name and contact details of the point of sale
Note: Once the configuration is saved, it cannot be modified. In case of error or issue, please contact our technical support support technique.
If you wish to use a license on a pre-production server, please contact our technical support as well support technique.
Manage your licenses
For each license, you can:
– Click the Deactivate button to cancel the automatic renewal at the next due date (the button will switch to Activate in case you wish to resume the subscription later)
– Click the button to access the Changelog (list of changes and fixes for the POS)
– Click the button to Download the latest stable version of the POS
Note: Whenever a new version of the POS is available, a notification will appear on the Shop Manager homepage
