The Prestatill POS cash register can only operate if:

• you have an internet connection
• you have a recent browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge...)
• under PrestaShop 1.7 and PrestaShop 8, stock management is enabled (Shop Settings / Products / Product Stock / Enable stock management)
• under PrestaShop 1.6, PrestaShop's advanced stock management is enabled (Preferences / Products / Product Stock / Enable advanced stock management). On the first launch of Shop Manager, an automated process migrates all existing products to this mode while preserving all current stock levels.
