Benefits for merchants

The Drive - Click & Collect module for Prestashop allows merchants with one or more stores to fully benefit from "Click & Collect", enabling customers to buy online and choose a pickup slot (day of the week + time) in the store of their choice, similar to a supermarket drive-through service.

You can independently define different pickup days and schedules for each of your stores. If you only want to offer in-store delivery as a pickup point without managing pickup slots, simply configure the module accordingly.

The module is compatible with One Page Checkout and provides an optimal user experience on smartphones, tablets, and computers. You can choose between 2 display modes:

• List view: displays all available time slots according to the selected day
• Table view: displays the time slots for the next 7 days in a table, from opening to closing time of your drive service.

Everything related to time slots is fully configurable: minimum delay before the next available slot, number of displayed days, slot duration, maximum number of orders per slot, etc.

On the Back Office side, you have access to an interface displaying all orders to prepare, filterable by store and pickup date.

• Multi-carrier support: if needed, each store can now be linked to a different carrier, allowing different product availability depending on the store selected by the customer (from the delivery tab of the product page). The module does not manage stock.
• You can choose to display product availability for Click & Collect on the product page of your website
• If a customer orders products unavailable for pickup / Click & Collect in the selected store, they will be asked to modify their cart before validating the order. Product availability information is displayed below each product in the cart summary.
• A complete email is sent to the store handling the pickup order, containing all necessary information to process the order (customer details, pickup information, customer comment, ordered product list).
